Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
We recommend arriving on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling to accommodate other guests.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future appointments.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept approved forms of payment available at our salon.
5. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards, promotional offers, discounts, and special promotions may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates where permitted by law.
Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.
6. Satisfaction Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with a service, please contact us within a reasonable time after your appointment so we may review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
